A story that began in 1944
Ülker began in a small workshop in Eminönü, Istanbul, founded by brothers Sabri and Asım Ülker in 1944. Their first product was a petit beurre biscuit. From those modest beginnings, Ülker grew into one of Türkiye’s best-known food brands.
From Türkiye to the world
Today, Ülker’s range spans biscuits, chocolate, wafers, cakes, crackers and confectionery. The company manufactures more than 300 products and exports to over 100 countries. Its products accompany everyday tea breaks, family gatherings and moments of celebration around the world.
Carilo in the Baltics
Carilo is the sole representative of Ülker products in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. We connect the brand with local retailers, wholesalers and business partners, bringing its established favourites and new discoveries to the Baltic market.
We work with partners on product selection, retail listings and wholesale cooperation, helping build lasting relationships across all three Baltic countries.
